WHAT IS TREAT?

Treat is a monthly membership concierge service that provides unlimited blowouts and/or manicures when and where you want them at a super affordable price. When you join the Treat inner-circle, you can get as many blowouts and/or manicures as you want at one of our many top partner Salons in the Los Angeles area. (We aren’t kidding, there is no limit!) Your membership allows you to discover and experience new salons and stylists each time and perhaps meet the stylist of your dreams.

WAIT— WHEN YOU SAY UNLIMITED…

Yep…We’re serious.

HOW DO I BOOK MY MANI’S AND BLOWOUTS?

We make booking super easy (we are a concierge service after all!) Simply sign up and text us with your Customer ID/Username. Let us know when you want your service. We’ll send you a confirmation email or text (whichever you prefer) letting you know the details. Once you arrive at the salon, give your name and ID number and you’re ready to go! No voucher needed.

Right now, our mani program is in private beta, but please sign up for the waitlist. We’ll be public soon!

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I VISIT EACH SALON A MONTH?

This depends on salons availability at the time of your request. With Treat, you aren’t able to choose specific salons, but we assure you, we’ve vetted each and every one of our salons personally. You’ll love them :)

HOW DO I TIP FOR MY SERVICES?

This is such a personal thing, but since you asked, if you looove your service, please tip in cash. We recommend tipping the industry standard of 15%-20% of the service price (just take a look at the salon’s menu.) Usually, this is around $8 – $10.

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY BESTIES?

While we totally want your bff to look fab as well, your Treat membership is for your personal use only. Each salon automatically receives your booking information upon confirmation, so they will be expecting you.

In case this happens, we reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time for this reason without refund. So, tell your friends about us and use your referral code, you will both get $10 credit to your accounts! Win-win.

SOMETHING CAME UP AND I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT! WHAT DO I DO?

Plans change. We totally get that. If you can’t make it to your appointment for any reason just make sure you let us know 3 hours ahead of your scheduled service. If you have to make a cancellation or reschedule within 3 hours there will be a $10 charge placed on your card. No call/No shows will result in a $10 charge as well. We do however have a small grace period. We’re sure you understand this: Our beauty Professionals need to make a living too! We’d hate to have them wait around when they could be helping out another client. Let us know ASAP if you need to make a cancellation or adjustment and we’ll work through it together!

I HAVE LOST MY MIND (JUST KIDDING–KIND OF ) AND HAVE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. WHAT’S THE POLICY?

Well, we will miss you, but we’ll forgive you. Just let us know three days before your next billing cycle begins. All payments are nonrefundable and there are no credits or refunds after your payment has been made. Your first month can not be refunded or canceled. Following your cancellation, however, you will still have access to your UNLIMITED services through the end of your current cycle. Once you come to your senses (j/k) we’ll be here waiting to welcome you back with open arms! Your recurring membership will automatically renew on the same day of each month.

WHEN CAN I BOOK MY APPOINTMENTS?

Whenever you’d like! We confirm appointments in real time so you can text us from 9am-6pm, 7 days a week. If you want to request a time outside of normal business hours, no worries. You can shoot us the text and we’ll confirm as soon as the salons are open again!

CAN I BOOK A LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT?

While appointments fill up super fast and we cannot always guarantee them, we do accept requests up to 30 minutes before your requested time slot.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC SALON FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Our Concierge team is here to do the booking for you. We don’t want to waste your time scouring reviews, pouring over a map and checking availability. We choose for you based on your preferences. You can trust that we are going to send you to the best salons in your area each and every time. Each salon we partner with is chosen based on specific criteria (Reviews, location, products used, licensing, etc.) We guarantee that it will be easy to commute to and that you will love your results!

HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHERE TO BOOK MY APPOINTMENTS?

We only work with AWESOME partnering salons and stylists, so rest easy knowing that you will get an amazing experience each time. We first look for our partnering salons that are closest to the location you give us. We’ll look within a ½ mile radius at first and if appointments aren’t available at those salons then we’ll extend our search to a one mile radius and so on, up to 3 miles. We’ll do our best to keep you out of traffic. We get it, we live in LA too.

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN LOVE WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVE AT A SPECIFIC SALON? IF I DON’T LIKE A SALON WILL I BE SENT THERE AGAIN?

Your experience is our #1 priority. If something is less than perfect, please email, text or call us and let us know. We do our best to make sure each customer has an amazing service, so we promise to do everything we can to make sure that never happens.

MY HAIR REQUIRES “SPECIAL ATTENTION.” HOW DOES THAT WORK?

If you have extensions, SUPER curly hair, or another specific type of care, let us know in advance prior to booking your appointment. Depending on the needs, some salons may require an additional fee  – but we will tell you in advance if that is the case.

HOW LONG IS A TREAT MEMBERSHIP CYCLE?

Each membership cycle is one month in length and will automatically renew on the same day each month. So, say you make the choice to join Treat on August 15th, your Pass will renew on September 15th. We don’t require any long term/annual memberships. And remember, your pass is unlimited so you can treat yourself (see what we did there?) to our services as often as you’d like!

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP START?

Your membership activates immediately upon purchase so you can make your appointment right away.
